The line includes Extra Brut, recommended as aperitif or starter; the Rosé, ideal for more consistent foods such as fish with a side dish, Asian cuisine, cold pasta salad, paté; and Demi Sec, perfect for dessert such as apple or lemon pie, ice cream, etc.
