The facilities include a model line of grinding and pressing of grapes; production capacity of 8,000,000 kilos, and stainless steel tanks, epoxy sinks and French oak barrels for winemaking.
It also has an underground cellar for the wine to rest in the right conditions.
To prepare our sparkling wines, we have a state-of-the-art Italian champagne maker and a thermal tank with cold storage center, which allows the wine to be kept at a constant temperature throughout the process, combining technology, equipment and deep care into the artisanal elaboration .
