The grapes at crushing are destemmed and then fermented at average temperatures of 25°C for approximately 10 days. Once finished, the wine is racked for a controlled natural malolactic fermentation. The result is young, fresh wines with fruity aromas, smooth structure and a pleasant palate.
It shows an intense red color with violet hues. Its aromas remind of blackberries, cherries and ripe plums. It is balanced with soft and sweet tannins.
It is a good accompaniment to red meats, fresh pasta noodles and knife-cut meat pies.
